The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making Infinite Banking Sales who has a strong desire to increase their knowledge and productivity by plugging into a system with a knowledgeable organization. Compensation is based on a very competitive commission only structure.

These agents must be motivated and capable of building and maintaining territories. Some requirements are:
- Must hold, or be willing to get insurance license
- Must be entrepreneurial
- Must have a sales background (health and life insurance background plus)
- Must be able to attend weekly training and meetings for continued education
